The problem

Three questions every leadership team asks. Three reasons they go unanswered.

Who do we call today? Is the quarter on track? What do we tell the board? The questions are not the problem. Getting them answered, every week, is.

Hiring takes two quarters

Months to recruit a data lead, months to ramp. The first dashboard ships after the question that needed it has changed, and the knowledge leaves with the first resignation.

Hourly teams are paid for time, not answers

A fractional team or an agency bills by the hour, so the incentive is to spend hours. Every engagement starts from a blank repo, and the lineage lives in someone's head.

The tools you own leave the number without an owner

CRM reports, spreadsheets and notebooks each tell a different story about the same customer. “Is this number right?” has no owner, so the decision goes back to gut feel.

What you get

Numbers that arrive before the meeting, not after it.

Today most of this is rebuilt by hand: exports pasted into spreadsheets, a report refreshed on Sunday night, a deck patched the day before the board. With ZAIOHM, the CSM opens the morning with a list, the weekly review opens with what moved, and the board pack is ready before anyone asks for it. It runs on its own, in the rhythm of the company; a person only steps in to approve.

Every morning · CS, sales, support

A list of who to call, with the reason next to each name.

  • Health Score per account, with the reason written next to it
  • Lead score and risk signals as tasks in HubSpot or Salesforce, minutes after they fire
  • Queue and SLA monitors for the daily huddle

No more pulling the list from three exports every morning. Signals fire under thresholds your reviewer set; nothing acts without a rule you approved.

Every week · heads of CS, sales, product

A review that opens with what moved, and why.

  • Pipeline forecast and conversion by stage
  • Churn forecast for the next 90 days, NRR by cohort
  • Cost to serve per segment

No spreadsheet refreshed by hand the night before. One generated page: the numbers that moved, why they moved, who owns the next step.

Every month · CEO, CFO

A board pack from one source of truth, ready before it is asked for.

  • CAC by channel and payback, LTV to CAC, margin by segment
  • Runway at current burn, pricing and plan mix
  • Board deck and investor update, every number traceable

No deck rebuilt by hand the week of the board. Generated from the same source as the weekly review, agreed with finance before it reaches a slide.

  • Underneath all three
  • One lakehouse, in your cloud
  • One definition per metric, agreed with finance
  • Every number traceable to its source
  • Refreshed on schedule, never by hand
How it works

We bring NeurohmTM. You keep everything it builds.

Software with a Service means two infrastructures with two owners. NeurohmTM is the software we run. Your data infrastructure is what you keep.

NeurohmTM · ZAIOHM's internal AI platform

NeurohmTM is the AI platform we built in-house. Our squad runs your analytics on it.

NeurohmTM is internal software, developed and operated by ZAIOHM. It brings three things to every account: automated agents that do the engineering work, the ZAIOHM standards for data pipelines (layers, owners, lineage, naming, tests) applied to every task, and self-healing pipelines that monitor their own runs and recover from common failures, such as a schema change or a failed load, before the morning review. What they cannot fix, the QA agent diagnoses and routes to a person. It is why the first release takes days, not a quarter.

  • Automated agents
  • Self-healing pipelines
  • Pipeline standards
  • Governance by default
  • Review tooling
  • Senior operators
Your data infrastructure · built for you, 100% yours

Everything it builds lives in your cloud, on accounts you own.

The lakehouse, the models, the metric definitions, the dashboards, the reports and the CRM signals: built inside your cloud, documented and versioned, on standard tooling any data engineer can maintain. Any ZAIOHM component deployed inside it carries a perpetual, royalty-free license. If we ever part ways, it all keeps running without us.

  • Lakehouse
  • Models
  • Metric definitions
  • Dashboards and reports
  • CRM signals
  • Your cloud, your accounts. Cloud costs run at provider prices and are sized in the blueprint before you sign anything.
  • Documented and versioned from day one, so a handover is a repository link, not a project.
  • We reuse patterns across clients. Never your data, your thresholds or your definitions.
Who signs

A named operator, and three things to hold us to.

AI made the work faster. Hourly invoices never got smaller. On a flat fee, every hour we automate is our margin and your lighter month. That is the whole incentive, and it is what you can hold us to.

YOUR SENIOR OPERATOR

Six years across every part of data. Leonardo started at Cargo Sapiens in sales ops and commercial intelligence, then moved into web development and optimization inside data science; along the way he built the VC deck and owned the unit economics. From there he joined ArcelorMittal (NYSE: MT), where he designed the procurement data platform for ArcelorMittal Brasil and was brought onto the Digital Board Room project at ArcelorMittal Europe.

  • Hold us to three things
  • A signed release, every time. Our operator signs off every release against a written pass/fail test. Your reviewer countersigns.
  • A human gate, always.Nothing automated acts on a customer, a contract or a report before your reviewer approves it.
  • A fee that never moves with hours. No timesheets, no change orders, no surprise invoice at the end of the month.
Build vs. run

An entry-level team, or a senior squad on one plan.

The usual first step is a small team: a product manager, a junior engineer, a junior analyst. It is a reasonable start, and it comes with trade-offs. Here is how that compares with a senior squad on one flat fee.

Hire an entry-level team · US average base salaries, 2026

Three hires, two quarters to ramp, and an architecture still being learned.

  • Data product manager, entry level$105k
  • Junior data engineer$92k
  • Junior data analyst$62k
Base salaries, per year$259k

Before benefits, recruiting fees, tooling and cloud. Add two quarters to hire and ramp.

The trade-offs that usually come with it
  • Architecture chosen by whoever is learning it: a low-code, pay-per-row stack that is easy to start and expensive to scale
  • One cloud, one vendor, no containers; moving later means rewriting
  • Metric definitions in notebooks and spreadsheets, with no owners and no lineage
  • Dashboards built before the model is agreed, then rebuilt every quarter
  • A pipeline that breaks on Friday night waits for Monday
  • The knowledge leaves with the first resignation
  • Two quarters before the first number anyone trusts, and nobody signs it

Plans

One product. Four sizes. One monthly fee.

Every plan is the same product: AI squads on Neurohm™, run by a named operator, for one flat fee. What you choose is the size: how many squads, how many meetings a week feed them with demand, how many governed contexts.

Starter

The first numbers you can sign.

You run on gut feel and a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts. You need the first numbers a board can be shown, and someone accountable for them.

Startup

The process, measured.

The process exists, but the numbers do not keep up with it. You need to know what scales before you hire for it, and a deck every month without a weekend lost to it.

Scale Up

More squads, one governance.

Several products, teams or regions, each with its own version of the truth. You need more squads working in parallel, and each context governed on its own.

The same product, on your terms.

Business units with their own rules, security reviews and model providers. You need the same product, sized and governed the way the group requires.

Questions

Direct answers, before you book.

Anything not covered here is a good opening question for the diagnostic.

What exactly is Software with a Service?
Two things, bundled. Software: NeurohmTM, our proprietary AI infrastructure, which does the heavy lifting and which we never sell. Service: the senior operator who designs, governs and signs each release. What that produces for you (data, models, views, reports, CRM signals) is built in your cloud and is yours.
What is proprietary, and what do we own?
Proprietary and ours: NeurohmTM, with its agents, self-healing pipelines, standards and review tooling. Yours, 100%: the data infrastructure we build for you, the models, the metric definitions, the dashboards, the reports and the CRM signals, on accounts you own and on standard tooling any data engineer can maintain. Any ZAIOHM component deployed inside it carries a perpetual, royalty-free license. If we part ways, it all keeps running.
Can you do more than dashboards?
Yes. Board decks and investor updates, CAC and payback by channel, LTV and margin by segment, churn forecasts, lead scoring, pricing and plan-mix analysis, cohort analysis, SLA monitors, and agents that turn recorded meetings into decisions. If a data team would do it, it is in scope and prioritized with you each month.
What does “partner” mean in practice?
Three things you can hold us to. Our operator signs off every release against a written pass/fail test, and your reviewer countersigns. A named reviewer on your side approves anything automated before it acts. And the price is a flat fee, so the only way we grow margin is by making your analytics run with less effort, which is also what you want.
Who gets access to our data?
A named operator, read-only, on a replica inside your cloud, with access you can revoke at any time. Nothing leaves your cloud. We reuse patterns across clients, never your data, thresholds or definitions.
Do we need a data team?
No. You need a reviewer for the human gate and read access to your data; a read replica is enough.
How is pricing structured?
One flat monthly fee per plan: Starter, Startup, Scale Up or Enterprise. No hourly invoices, no per-project scoping, no change orders. What sizes a plan is the number of AI squads, the meetings a week that feed them and the Neurohm™ context layers, never hours.
How fast do we see a number we can trust?
The diagnostic takes 30 to 45 minutes and the blueprint follows in writing, with a date for the first release. The first release goes live in days, against a pass/fail test you countersign, and the monthly cadence starts from there.
Which companies are a fit?
B2B companies with fifty or more customer accounts and no data team. You need a reviewer, read access to your data and a CRM, usually HubSpot or Salesforce. If leadership wants a number it can sign rather than another dashboard, the fit is usually good.
